Branded sender ID
Messages arrive under a masked alphanumeric sender ID rather than a numeric shortcode, so your business name sits in the customer's inbox. We handle the registration paperwork with the operators on your behalf.
Product
Reach customers from a sender ID that carries your business name instead of a random number. Send one-time passwords, bulk campaigns, abandoned-cart reminders and order updates from one dashboard, with delivery reports on every message and a REST API for your own stack.
ProEcom SMS Pakistan is a messaging platform for businesses that need to text customers at scale. You upload or sync a contact list, pick an approved sender ID, write the message and send. The platform handles queueing, throughput across operators, retries and per-message delivery status. Transactional traffic such as OTP and order alerts runs through the same API as marketing campaigns, so one integration covers both. Reports show sent, delivered and failed counts by campaign, by day and by operator.

A dedicated transactional route for one-time passwords and verification codes. Short queue depth, priority handling and per-message status callbacks so your application knows whether the code actually landed.
Build audiences from contact attributes, purchase history or tags, then schedule a send. Merge fields pull the customer name, order number or tracking link into each message body individually.
Receive replies on a short code or long number and route them into the dashboard, a webhook or your helpdesk. Keyword rules trigger auto-replies and opt-out handling without an agent touching the thread.
Per-message status with timestamps, operator response codes and failure reasons, exportable to CSV for reconciliation.
Trigger a reminder when a cart sits idle, with a delay you set and a link back to the checkout.
Separate logins for marketing, support and finance, each with its own permissions, sender IDs and credit visibility.
Token-authenticated endpoints for send, status lookup, balance and inbound webhooks, with sandbox credentials for testing.
Connect the platform to the systems you already run. Store plugins map order events to message templates, so a status change fires the right SMS without custom code. Anything not covered by a plugin goes through the REST API.
Plans scale on monthly message volume and the number of registered sender IDs. Transactional and marketing traffic draw from the same balance.

Yes. Masked or branded sender IDs must be registered and approved before traffic can run on them, and the process is governed by PTA rules and the individual operators. You supply company documents and the exact sender ID string you want. Confirm the current document set and approval timeline with our onboarding team, since operator requirements change.
Approval time depends on the operators and how complete your documentation is. We submit on your behalf and track the request. While approval is pending you can test on a shared or numeric route so your integration work is not blocked. Ask us for the current turnaround estimate before you plan a launch date.
Yes. Both run through one account and one API, but they use separate routes. Transactional traffic such as OTP is prioritised so verification codes are not queued behind a large promotional send. You can also register different sender IDs for transactional and marketing messages.
The delivery report records the failure with the operator response code and the reason, such as an invalid number, a barred subscriber or a handset that was unreachable. You can filter failed messages, export them and re-queue a retry. Failed messages are handled according to the billing terms in your plan.
Yes. Urdu and other non-Latin text is sent as Unicode, which reduces the characters available per message segment compared to plain English. The composer shows the segment count as you type so you can see how a message will be billed before you send it.
Tell us your monthly volume and we will set up a trial account and start your sender ID registration.
