Shopify Theme Architecture
Section-based Liquid structure with reusable blocks, JSON templates and theme settings mapped so merchandisers can build new landing pages in the editor without code.
Custom Website Design
We design storefronts and brand sites where every screen has a job. Collection pages that filter fast, product pages that answer objections, checkout paths that survive a slow 3G connection in Lahore. Design decisions get tested against revenue, not taste.
Design for a commerce business is not a homepage mockup. It is the full purchase path: search, collection, filters, product detail, cart drawer, checkout and the post-purchase pages a customer sees after paying. We produce the visual system and the front-end architecture that carries it, then hand you a Shopify theme your team can edit without calling a developer for every banner change.
Section-based Liquid structure with reusable blocks, JSON templates and theme settings mapped so merchandisers can build new landing pages in the editor without code.
Type scale, spacing, colour tokens, button states and form patterns documented in Figma and mirrored one-to-one in CSS custom properties inside the theme.
Variant pickers, size guides, stock signals, delivery estimates, review placement and bundle blocks arranged against real objection data from your support inbox.
Layouts designed at 360px first, then scaled up. Touch targets, sticky add-to-cart and thumb-reach navigation tuned for the devices your analytics actually show.
Bilingual storefront layouts with mirrored components, correct Nastaliq and Arabic font stacks, and locale switching that does not break your collection filters.
Campaign landing pages, editorial lookbooks, size charts and policy pages built as flexible section presets so marketing ships without a deployment.
Step 1 — Audit and EvidenceWe read your analytics, session recordings and support tickets. We list where visitors stall, which templates leak revenue, and what the current theme blocks you from doing.
Step 2 — Structure and WireframesLow-fidelity layouts for every template type. We agree hierarchy, module order and content requirements before anyone opens a colour picker or shoots product imagery.
Step 3 — Visual Design and SystemFull-fidelity screens plus the token library behind them. You review real components in context, including empty states, error states and sold-out variants.
Step 4 — Theme Build and HandoverLiquid development, accessibility passes, cross-browser checks and a recorded walkthrough of the theme editor so your team owns day-to-day changes.
Both are valid. A licensed theme is faster and cheaper when your requirements are standard. A custom theme built on Dawn wins when you need unusual merchandising, heavy localisation or performance headroom. We recommend after the audit, not before.
We inventory your installed apps first. Review widgets, upsell blocks, subscription selectors and loyalty badges each need a designed slot. Designing around them prevents the injected-script look that ruins otherwise good product pages.
We build components direction-aware from the start using logical CSS properties, then test the mirrored layout with real copy. Retrofitting RTL onto a finished LTR theme costs more than designing for both at once.
Yes. That is the point of the section presets. Marketing can assemble campaign pages, swap hero imagery, reorder modules and publish. We include a recorded walkthrough and a short written guide for the theme settings.
