Mission
Move merchants onto commerce platforms they can operate without a dedicated infrastructure team, keeping every product record, customer account, order and search position intact through the change.
About ProEcomTech
We work on Shopify, Shopify Plus and Hydrogen, and we move merchants off Magento. Fifteen years of build history, a Karachi engineering base, and clients across Pakistan and the Gulf. Everything else we offer exists because commerce businesses need it.
We started out building websites and business software for Pakistani companies, and for years ecommerce was one line item among many. That changed as clients grew. Magento stores that had been fine at two thousand SKUs turned into monthly patch cycles, server bills and developer retainers. Owners were paying to keep infrastructure alive instead of paying to sell more.
The requests started arriving in the same shape: get us off this platform without losing our data or our Google positions. So we built the discipline around that job. Export scripts for Magento schemas, reconciliation checks that compare row counts before and after, redirect maps generated from the live URL list rather than guessed. Migration stopped being a project type and became the thing we are known for, with Shopify Plus builds, Hydrogen storefronts and app work growing out of it.
Four phases, each with a written exit condition. You know what has been signed off before the next phase starts, and what it will cost if scope changes.
We read your current platform: SKU and attribute counts, customer groups, order volume, custom extensions, integrations and the full URL list. Findings come back as a written scope.
Data model mapping, theme or Hydrogen architecture, app and Functions decisions, integration contracts. Design is delivered as components, so your team can extend it later.
Storefront build runs alongside trial data migrations. Each trial is reconciled against source counts, and every integration is tested on staging before we schedule cutover.
DNS cutover in a low-traffic window, redirect verification across the URL list, then rank, crawl-error and conversion monitoring. Support continues with the engineers who built it.

A Pakistani commerce sector where local payment rails, courier networks and tax reporting are standard parts of a storefront build, not custom work quoted as an afterthought by overseas agencies.
Greenfield builds, replatforming, B2B catalogs with company accounts, multi-store and multi-currency setups, checkout extensibility and Shopify Functions.
Magento 1 and Magento 2 schema work, attribute set analysis, extension audits and data export tooling built for migration rather than maintenance.
Headless storefronts on Hydrogen deployed to Oxygen, with the Storefront API, edge caching and content sources kept separate from presentation.
Two-way syncs with SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle NetSuite and QuickBooks covering stock levels, pricing tiers, invoices and customer records.
Raast P2M, Easypaisa, JazzCash, bank 3DS and COD workflows, plus TCS, Leopards, M&P, PostEx and Trax. Tap, Tamara and Tabby for the Gulf.
FBR POS invoice integration, Urdu and RTL storefront handling, plus retained support covering monitoring, theme changes and app maintenance.
No account manager relay. You speak to the engineers who will scope the work.
